We purchased the property to store our personal boats and RV. Because of its proximity to Lake Hartwell and Green Pond Landing and Event Center, we wanted to provide others with the same opportunity that we enjoy, to provide a secure storage location that allows you to pick up your boat and be on the water in minutes.

Our website makes it easy for you to manage all your payments online at any time. Autopay allows for automatic billing on the 1^st of each month. You also have the option to pay MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, or ANNUALY.

We are building in two phases. Phase one is complete. Infrastructure is in place and one, 16-space buildings is done. Phase 2 consists of constructing three more buildings. Some of those spaces will be able to store your RV undercover. We plan to have a 28-space building available by the end of summer 2026. Covered spaces will be approximately 12’ wide by 35’ deep with a 14-foot opening height. Rent is expected to be between $175 and $250 per month depending on amenities.
