We purchased the property to store our personal boats and RV. Because of its proximity to Lake Hartwell and Green Pond Landing and Event Center, we wanted to provide others with the same opportunity that we enjoy, to provide a secure storage location that allows you to pick up your boat and be on the water in minutes.

We are building in two phases. Phase one is complete. Infrastructure is in place and one, 16-space buildings is done. Phase 2 consists of constructing three more buildings. Some of those spaces will be able to store your RV undercover.
